Marine Azur Diffusion Service (MADS) et MGI Nautic (MGI) importent et distribuent en France et DOMTOM : la marque américaine CRUISERS YACHTS et sur la zone PACA les semi rigides TIGER Marine, GEMINI, FALCON et 3D Tender. 

Le groupement MADS MGI est spécialisé dans la vente réparation de bateaux de plaisance et est constitué par les sociétés MADS et MGI qui sont localisées à ST Raphael et à Hyères.

MADS a repris en 2013 toutes les activités d'importation des bateaux Cruisers Yachts et Marlow Hunter assurées initialement par Azur performance puis Azur Yachts depuis 1995.MADS est revendeur agréé des moteurs electriques TORQUEEDO

MGI Nautic a été créée en 2011 par le fondateur de Mecanic Med 1er distributeur Four Winns dans les années 2000 sur la zone paca. Cette société possède un chantier d'entretien réparation et de préparation de bateaux neufs à Hyères et est le distributeur des semi rigides  3D tender pour la zone Var et Alpes cote d'azur.

Les gammes TIGER GEMINI FALCON sont distribuées pour la Zone PACA en liaison avec l'importateur France DIFAMA (www.difama-boat.com)

La gamme 3D tender est distribuée sur la zone PACA par MGI en liaison avec l'importateur France 3D marine (www.3DTENDER.com)

Ces 2 structures gèrent  la vente de bateau d'occasions au travers du réseau BOATS DIFFUSION (www.boats-diffusion.com).

MADS MGI partnership is involved in sale and repair of leisure boats. Both companies are located in ST Raphael and Hyères.

MADS has taken over in 2013 all the import activities of Cruisers Yachts and Marlow Hunter boats, initially handled by Azur performance then Azur Yachts since 1995.  MADS is an authorized dealer for TORQUEEDOs electric engines. 

MGI Nautic has been funded in 2011 by the former management of Mecanic Med 1st distributor of Four Winns for the french riviera in the years 2000. MGI operates a yard in Hyeres for boat repairs and preparation of new boats The company is the authorized dealer 3D tender ribs  for the  Var et Alpes cote d'azur Zone

Both structures manage the sale of used boats through  BOATS DIFFUSION network.

ED tender is distributed by MGI for teh PACA region in laison with 3D marine (www;3DTender.com).
